What this is and is not
The casualty rate is measured, from five years of police records divided by how far people actually ride on each road. The bend count is measured, from the road's mapped centreline. Neither is a prediction, and nothing here says whether you should ride today. Crash clusters show where riders have been hurt, not where you will be. A cluster on a busy road partly reflects how many people ride through it.
