Bikers' Mind. Bikers' Mental Health Support
Bikers' Mind is a mental health support programme for the UK's riders, motorcyclists and cyclists alike, delivered in partnership with Mental Health 360, a charity that has supported mental health in communities since 2003. Riders already look out for each other on the road. Bikers' Mind turns that instinct into organised support: honest guidance, someone to talk to, and a clear route into counselling when it's needed.
How it works
Read.
Plain English guides written with Mental Health 360 covering stress, anxiety, low mood, sleep, life after a road accident, and how riding itself helps.
Talk.
Coming soonCheck in with yourself using a short, confidential set of questions. It points you to the right kind of help, whether that's self-help, the community, or professional support.
Get help.
Where counselling is the right step, Bikers' Mind connects you to Mental Health 360's qualified support. Capacity is managed so nobody is left waiting at the door. If there's a wait we say so, and we tell you what to do in the meantime.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. If you need to talk to someone now, call Samaritans free on 116 123, day or night, or text SHOUT to 85258.
