What we collect
When you join the community we collect your name, email address, phone number, county, the kind of riding you do, and a username and password. If you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your account details to run your membership (performance of a contract). We send you service emails about your account, such as confirming your registration (legitimate interest). We only send marketing and newsletter emails if you have opted in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Who we share it with
Nobody outside our service providers. Your data is stored with our database and hosting providers. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your account data for as long as you hold an account, then deleted within 12 months. Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing info@copious.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
