Verdict
If you value certified rotational protection, the Aries is a no-brainer. It just happens to be light and quick too.
What we like
- Class-leading MIPS Spherical protection
- Cool on climbs despite the aero profile
- Roc Loc Air+ retention is precise
What we don't
- Heavier than the Prevail 3 at ~290g
- Straps a little fiddly to adjust
